Bug Description
The 'measured' part of the alert message regarding threshold alerts is always 100.
Example message:
"The metric nav.devices.
clearing the configured threshold of <15"

The 'value' used in the template is overridden by another variable with the same name. The variable has been renamed and the template should now have the correct value.
