Bug Description
When there was a conflict between my etckeeper.conf and the dpkg-dist version, I edited etckeeper.
Apt-get upgrade noticed the file was missing but didn't handle it very gracefully -- it didn't offer me the chance to make my selection again and/or rename or copy the file. I think it would be nice if it gave such options.
