mplayer plugin won't play quicktime movie

mplayer plugin won't play the movie at http://www.howtoslapbass.com/slap-bass-tutorial/the-slap.htm, but gmplayer has no problem with it.

Which version of Ubuntu (and mplayer) do you use?
I was able to play in firefox with mplayer-plugin (gutsy) without problem.
