Update xubuntu's default settings for trusty

We have several bugfixes pending for xubuntu-default-settings in trusty. The related merge-requests have been approved by the Xubuntu Project Lead, they simply haven't been merged because there's currently nobody around with merge/push-rights to these branches.

Update kb-shortcut for the main menu to reflect our switch from appmenu to whiskermenu:

xubuntu-default-settings (14.04.2ubuntu1) UNRELEASED; urgency=medium

  * Update keyboard-shortcut for appmenu to point to whiskermenu (new default)
  * Restore previous xfdesktop's default settings (LP: #1297170)
  * Use "zoom" mode by default again in xfdesktop
  * Associate docx files with Abiword (LP: #1141885)
  * Remove jockey.desktop as it is provided in software-properties now (LP: #1060543)
