Bug Description

I'm running 0.5.8 and I notice that the statusbar doesn't remember the state of the Netscape plugins checkbox: enable/disable plugins. To reproduce, disable Netscape plugins, restart Midori. Upon restart, the plugins would be enabled (something that shouldn't happen). It seems to me that these preferences (Load Images, Enable Scripts, Enable plugins) should be sticky throughout sessions.
