Bug Description

I enable Auto-hide Launcher.

Launcher auto-hides.

Moving the mouse to the top left corner does not reveal the launcher, even with reveal sensitivity slid to maximum.

This affects me too. I also noticed that the sensitivity setting when in 'autohide mode' with 'menu bar' selected is uniformly very low. Moving the slider from one side to the other has almost no effect-rendering this action too annoying to use.

Same issue for me. When the launcher auto hides, if I move the mouse to the left edge of the screen, there is an animation at the edge, like a thin shadow coming in. If I keep the pointer touched to the edge and keep moving the mouse left, after traveling about half a keyboard lenght after the pointer touched the edge of the screen, the launcher reveals itself. And this is with the sensitivity set to highest.

I am experiencing the same. The launchpad hardly ever shows.

Same here on Mac VM and DELL XPS laptop (Dual Core Duo). Isn't detecting global mouse pointer on the first column of pixels trivial?

It was working ok, but I started to play with ccsm. Then I incidentally disabled Unity. Then I enabled it and resetted it's settings to default using different methods. Now it does not work anymore.

Same, near vanilla, fully updated 14.04. Has never worked right for me. I experience the same symptoms The_Blade and aaz_swapnil described above.
