corrupt -inkscape-font-specification values

r13144 on Windows 7 (compiled on Windows XP).

While editing some glitch occurs where the font "changes" from "Times New Roman" to "Times New Roman, Roman," as shown, for instance, when the text is selected on the text toolbar. This probably happens on a copy paste, followed by an edit, but I am not entirely sure since I cannot reproduce it at will. In any case, inspection of the SVG shows that the "font-family" value is correct but the "inkscape-font-specification" value contains the messed up value shown in the toolbar.

Also, if the svg is hand edited so that it now reads:

style="font-size:11.25px;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;font-weight:normal;font-stretch:normal;line-height:114.99999762%;fill:#0000ff;font-family:Times New Roman;-inkscape-font-specification:'Times New Roman'"

when that text is selected the text tool bar shows the font type as "Times New". If the entire -inkscape-font-specification entry is removed, then the text tool bar correctly shows "Times New Roman".

This may or may not be related, but I am seeing a LOT of crashes in this version when a subset of a text object is selected and the pull down arrow on the font selection list on the text bar is selected. It does not seem to matter what the original font was, but, for instance, it has done this when the selected font was Arial. This happens even when I know the region selected is entirely within a single tspan. I am having much more luck changing fonts at this point with the text and font dialog (shift control T), where the list of fonts is already partly shown, and there is a slider bar rather than a pull down arrow.
