Bug Description
This functionality existed in CookieCuller, and is also partially implemented in CookieKeeper and in the official cookie manager.
But there is no option display to turn it on.
It use the preferences property "network.
Add this preferences to the CookieKeeper preferences.
This should only work if clicking on the "Delete" button, not Delete All.

This option should also be added to the context menu (Delete and block), and why not, change the delete button with an optional inner menu "Delete and block" too.
