Bug Description
IPMI allows the BMC to be told to PXE boot as a one-time operation. We use this next-boot capability to PXE boot without rewriting the normal boot sequence.
The patch attached to this bug:
* tests the BMC's response to chassis config for one-time boot control
* tells the BMC to PXE-boot before powering the node up
