Doesn't detect cdrom / cdrom0 / cdrom1

it says it doesnt detect my cdrom but it works with other apps wonder ify ou can fix it....

we need some more information. From a terminal window please run:

sudo apport-collect 1303071

and then change the status of the bug to 'Confirmed'.
