Wicd shouldn't rely on gksu but try to use polkit

wicd should stop using gksu but use pkexec instead as explained even by gksu upstream at:
http://www.nongnu.org/gksu/

You can base the work in the one used for gparted:
- The policy file:
http://sources.gentoo.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/gentoo-x86/sys-block/gparted/files/org.gentoo.pkexec.gparted.policy?view=markup
- If you need a script to call that binary, you can simply use something like:
http://sources.gentoo.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/gentoo-x86/sys-block/gparted/files/gparted-pkexec?view=markup
