"Revert" button not insensitive on startup

Bug Description
On startup, prior to making any modifications to the file, the "Revert" button is not insensitive despite the fact that clicking it does nothing. This goes against the HIG.
The bug is reproducible on both Luna (v2.0.2~
A screencast of the problem in both versions is attached.
