HDP hadoop-hdp image element should reference new Sahara project name

This change is required due to the recent renaming of the Savanna project to "Sahara".

The HDP "hadoop-hdp" image element makes a single reference to the old project name ("Savanna") in a download reference URL. The Hortonworks URL has been updated in S3 to include a reference to the new project name ("Sahara").

The following file in sahara-image-elements:

sahara-image-elements/elements/hadoop-hdp/source-repository-hadoopswift

needs to be modified such that it's URL reference:

"https://s3.amazonaws.com/public-repo-1.hortonworks.com/savanna/swift/hadoop-swift-1.0-1.x86_64.rpm"

is modified so that it refers to Sahara, such as:

"https://s3.amazonaws.com/public-repo-1.hortonworks.com/sahara/swift/hadoop-swift-1.0-1.x86_64.rpm"

    Updates hadoop-hdp to use new project name in URL

    This patch modifies the download URL used in the
      hadoop-hdp/source-repository-hadoopswift file to use a URL that
      includes the new project name.
    This change is required by the project renaming effort, and the
      Hortonworks URL for this rpm is already available. This change
      references the updated URL.
