baloo_file_extractor crashed with SIGSEGV in Xapian::Database::get_document()

I've upgraded to 4.12.97, rebooted and logged in. After some time I saw 'crash' icon in the system tray.

Maybe unrelated:
The baloo_file_extractor started again, and as for the 4.13 betas after a few minutes it consumes premanently 100% CPU and iotop shows every ~ 3 - 5 sec a 12-90 KB write.
