unity-settings-daemon crashed with SIGSEGV in gcm_session_device_assign_connect_cb()

Initial start of Ubuntu 14.04. After logging in the above appeared as the desktop was loading. I have just applied a large upgrade that indicated some packages were not upgraded. Submitted a report on that too and was added to existing i.e. similar reports.
