Bug Description
The Parent Company is easily configured and works. After creating sub companies, one can seemingly configure the sub companies email server based on main server configuration but fails to be utilized.

Configuration now works as expected and it is unclear what actually fixed the problem. Initially, when the sub companies were created and a user account was made with restricted access to only a sub-company the invitation email was not able, where OpenERP gave a response of "Cannot send email: no outgoing email server configured."
I searched online and found others have had the same experience yet no solution has been offered and again it is unclear to me at this time what actually "FIXED" the issue. It would be useful for the minimal steps required to replicate the problem be documented. Which I am unable to to do at the moment...
