Bug Description

I'm running the latest development version of Xubuntu 14.04 and I noticed that xfce4-power-manager dims the screen correctly after a few minutes of inactivity, but it doesn't restore the brightness when activity is (or should be) detected again. I move the mouse of type on the keyboard, but the only way to increase the brightness again is using the laptop's hotkeys. At this point, of course, the brightness level indicator that appears as a notification no longer reflects reality, as the screen will be dim but the indicator may show full brightness.
