Bug Description

Go to <https://launchpad.ubuntu.com/rosetta/prefs>

Go to <https://launchpad.ubuntu.com/rosetta/prefs>. A list of languages should be visible. However, the list is only 20 pixels high, with most of those pixels taken up by a horizontal scrollbar that shouldn't exist. The list does not scroll vertically at all, so it cannot be used.
