Thank you for your bug. Could you run "sudo apt-get dist-upgrade" from a command line and copy the log?

i did an fresh install of 7.10 from a tribe 3 install CD and restricted-manager wasn't installed as well.

It has nothing to do with seahorse
It is (was) a miro bug
