keep selected panel when switching tenant

Bug Description

When we switch a tenant in the drop-down menu, a selected panel is not kept and overview panel will be displayed.
It would be nice to keep the selected panel even after switching a tenant.

According the suggestion in the review, I don't have a good solution on this problem.
I feel still frustrated the current behavior and will continue to explore a solution, but will remove me from the assignee.

As of Queens-1, the current panel is kept when switching projects. I am not sure when it was implemented. Anyway the requested feature has been implemented.
