[Integration Tests] Integration tests is not working without tenant_id in config file

if paramater TENANT_ID in COMMON config group not specified, integration tests is not working.
It's not user friendly.

    Add tenant_id getting in integration tests

    Added ability to get Tenant id if it is not specified in parameters.
