Bug Description
Required in Main as a build-dep of pyqt5 and is consistent with the overall goal of heading for Qt5 everywhere.
Robustly maintained in Debian and in Ubuntu by both the Kubuntu team and Canonical Ubuntu Engineering.
Meets all requirements of https:/
No history of security issues.
Essentially an element of a new version qt4-x11, which is in Main. Qt5 is just mostly broken up into a lot more packages.
