LMDE 2014, Mute "line-in" doesn't work

Bug Description

Linux Mint Debian Edition 2014, 64 Bit, Cinnamon Edition

Bugs happens after reboot of the system.

If i turn off the "line in" at the sound settings and reboot my system this settings is gone.

What audio hardware do you have? Which driver are you using?

cat /proc/asound/cards -> HDA-Intel - HDA Intel PCH, HDA Intel PCH at 0xf7d00000 irq 43

lspci | grep -i audio -> 00:1b.0 Audio device: Intel Corporation 7 Series/C210 Series Chipset Family High Definition Audio Controller (rev 04)

cat /proc/asound/version -> Advanced Linux Sound Architecture Driver Version k3.11.0-19-generic.

Exactly the same problem here but on Debian 7 with MATE 1.6.0 DE.

# uname -rvm
3.2.0-4-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.2.57-3 x86_64

# lspci | grep -i audio
00:1b.0 Audio device: Intel Corporation 7 Series/C210 Series Chipset Family High Definition Audio Controller (rev 04)

# cat /proc/asound/cards
 0 [PCH ]: HDA-Intel - HDA Intel PCH
                            HDA Intel PCH at 0xf7d00000 irq 43

# cat /proc/asound/version
Advanced Linux Sound Architecture Driver Version 1.0.24.
