Bug Description

There are use cases with 10,000 (Hannover RE) or even 100,000 (Chiara's computation for the risk course) stochastic event sets. In such cases a lot of time is spent in just writing the SES records in the database. The solution is to simply remove the SES table, which is actually useless, and to keep the SES in memory.
