Bug Description

During IDH installation the links like "http://repo1.intelhadoop.com:3424/****" are broken with the following text in trace during attepmt for downloading link:

2014-03-30 17:34:06.004 14547 TRACE sahara.service.api RuntimeError: (u'Unable to download IDH manager from http://repo1.intelhadoop.com:3424/setup/setup-intelhadoop-2.5.1-en-evaluation.RHEL.tar.gz', SubprocessException('RemoteCommandException: Error during command execution: "curl -O http://repo1.intelhadoop.com:3424/setup/setup-intelhadoop-2.5.1-en-evaluation.RHEL.tar.gz 2>&1"\nReturn code: 7\nSTDOUT:\n\ncurl: (7) couldn\'t connect to host\n',))
"

But the link "http://repo2.intelhadoop.com/****" works well now.
