Minor traductions missing

In Ubuntu 14.04 beta

* In the add a new folder window :
   The example is "New Folder", is there a way to make it translatable ?

* In everything that can be clicked in the 'Help' window, the 'about', 'Written By' and 'More Information' at the end aren't translated. It is only translated in the menu.

* In the menu, the licence is not translated as Ubuntu does and isn't really understandable.
Ubuntu says in its help window :
"Ce travail est publié sous la Creative Commons Attribution - Partage dans les Mêmes Conditions 3.0 non transposé."
Maybe you should copy that.

I can see the issue with "New Folder".

For the other issues, could you please attach screenshots? I don't see the problem here...
