Hello
I checked the duplicate bug but I could not find a solution.
1/ I checked my disks with Gsmart but they seem OK
2/ My install is a clean install
3/ The bug persists despite the upgrade in the kernel
4/ I tried removing my M-audio card to no avail
5/ I booted on a dvd image without installing but still got the same messages..
6/ I have another system running the same trusty tahr without any problems but it is an old 939 AMD based motherboard while this one is an Intel based motherboard.
According to the system monitor, I get the following sequence :
upstart-file-bridge
system notifications ( around 10 consecutive notifications)
ibus-engine-simple.
I don't know if it has any relevance to the matter at hand.
Some notifications keep popping up later .

Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you
