BigSwitch: Servermanager references possible missing attr

The server manager module references an attribute of a variable that could either be an HTTPSConnection object or None. If it's None, the attribute reference will fail.

    Change in Big Switch server manager module:
    Moves an attribute reference to a line after
    the error check that validates the object is
    not None.
