The link in the skin thumbnail header should be not displayed in Chromium

When viewing the page Portfolio/Skins on Chromium 32.0.1700.102 Ubuntu 12.04, I saw the small link in the skin thumbnails next to the favorite button. See the attached image

Getting the info button to show correctly (Bug #1298671)

The info button is suppose to display if there is metadata.
Currently not working on FF and working brokenly on Chrome

Patch gets the info to display correctly
