System.NullReferenceException at ORTS.Viewer3D.RenderItem.Comparer.Compare

On many german routes we do have trouble now crashdowns: " System.NullReferenceException: Der Objektverweis wurde nicht auf eine Objektinstanz festgelegt.
   bei ORTS.Viewer3D.RenderItem.Comparer.Compare(RenderItem x, RenderItem y) I reported the bug before but can't find it on the list any more.
Her some additional info: The crash shows up at e certain point of the route. If I choose a different loco the train passes that point without trouble whereas that first "bad" loco on other routes doesn't make any trouble. It seems the combination of certain locos on certain routes is buggy.
Her another interesting fact: When I use the version out of the program folder of the SVN-server the problem does not exist ! The version of the SVN-server does not have a "runactivityLAA.exe". Maybe there is correlation...
