Bug Description
In the Server Guide documentation let's ensure that we aren't suggesting to use:
- 'sudo service networking restart'
- 'sudo /etc/init.
The usage of these for Precise and beyond is deprecated and dangerous, for example:

I've seen on example here at least, but it may useful to search for other cases of this as well:

The following doc: /help.ubuntu. com/14. 04/serverguide/ network- configuration. html

Shows bringing interfaces down and up correctly.
The recommend way is to use 'ifup' and 'ifdown' to bring specific interfaces up and down.
