The solution of Equation of Time should be shown after one click in the bottom toolbar
But two clicks are needed for the solution of Equation of Time to shown, (I have configured to show the Equation of Time at the toolbar but not enable the display at startup)

I have added a black circle around the cursor to indicate each click I have made

As you can see, two clicks are needed to display the solution, but as other plugin, only one click is needed (Showing the exoplanet as an example)

You try to enable angle measure at startup and see if you can reproduce the issue!!!

Seem equation of time misread the boolean data above in config.ini --> [plugins_load_at_startup]

I have enabled all plugins and I can't recreate this bug.

this is my config.ini which I can reproduce it on my Mac OSX 10.9.2
I will test it later on Windows 7 x64
I just change the [plugins_load_at_startup]--->AngleMeasure=false to make the issue gone

For revision 6685, the issue remained, even use the shortcut you added, I still need to press the shortcut twice.....

I found that CompassMarks ignore my setting of [CompassMarks]--->enable_at_startup = true, everytime I start, stellarium just ignore and rewrite the setting to [CompassMarks]--->enable_at_startup = false

Is that another bug or related to this issue???

It's bugs in those plugins. I fixed it - please check latest revision of trunk.

The compassmarks issue is fixed but the issue of equation of time remained.....
I can reproduce it with stellarium-0.13.0dev2-win32.exe on Windows 7 x64
