Upgrading gallery from 931 to 937 removes any videos you have on the device

Bug Description

STEPS:
1. Add some videos to your devices /home/phablet/Videos directory
2. Goto the video scope ensure you see the local videos
3. Grab the attached 931 version of gallery
4. adb push com.ubuntu.gallery_2.9.1.931_armhf.click /home/phablet/
5. adb shell
6. sudo -u phablet -i
7. pkcon install-local com.ubuntu.gallery_2.9.1.931_armhf.click
8. reboot
9. Open the gallery
10. Confirm the gallery shows dated with no entries
11. Close the gallery
12. Open Updates
13. Click on update for gallery
14. Open Gallery ensure there are no date with blank entries
15. Move tothe video scope note no local data
16. Open terminal ls Videos ensure nothing shows here

EXPECTED:
I expected the videos to be removed from gallery

ACTUAL:
Instead the videos are removed from the device completely.

marked as a dupe as it was a known issue. the recent change to gallery in rev 937 seemed to trigger the condition which was causing files to get deleted as the issue occurs when pictures/videos are in the gallery database and then when they can't be found the code stupidly deletes them as part of it's consistency check
