Bug Description
ISO 258
Deploy environment: Ubuntu, Multi-node, GRE, Murano, 1 conroller, 1 compute
After deploy, go to compute node in /etc/murano.
Here we can see the following config files:

Was checked on fuel iso 327 and was not reproduced
There are no empty files.
