Bug Description
I left my laptop, hooked to an external monitor so I have dual screen setup, alone for a good 1/2 hour and Compiz CPU usage was around 20%. That is enough CPU utilization to keep the laptop's fan on.
Not sure why the CPU utilization was so high. The machine had one terminal , with top, Chromium and emacs running but nothing was compiling or building.
