Wireshap freezes with 100% cpu when opening a capture file

Bug Description

When I open the attached capture file of a RTP VoIP communication with

    wireshark rtp.cap

wireshark first freezes and then coredumps after 1-2 minutes. The same happens if I use "File - Open"

The problem was caused by the overlay scrollbars. Setting

export LIBOVERLAY_SCROLLBAR=0

before running wireshark fixed the problem.
