Sometimes nodes stay disabled after deployment stop

This bug periodically reproduced on fake-ui

Steps:
1. Create new environment.
2. Add controller node.
3. Click "Deploy changes button" and wait some time (but don't wait till deployment end)
4. Click stop deployment button - the expected behaviour that after successful stopped deployment all nodes switch from disabled to enabled state. But periodically, I cannot catch exactly conditions - nodes stay disabled (see screenshot)

This issue affecs not only the nodes, but the controls buttons as well, and controls on the actions tab.

    Refactor tasks handling in UI

    Move duplicated code to Tasks.bindToView method. Task removal
    is now handled properly
