Bug Description
I'm on trusty and was using 1.17.4. Upgraded to 1.17.6 which was today available in trusty/universe.
When I tried to bootstrap, it just hung, with the cloud-init-
2014-03-25 10:29:23 DEBUG juju.state open.go:100 connection failed, will retry: dial tcp 127.0.0.1:37017: connection refused
Simon (bloodearnest) mentioned I needed to install juju-mongodb as well. Once installed, I could bootstrap.
I'm guessing it should be a dependency?

This issue may be a dupe of bug 1295609. Which juju-local package do you have installed?
The first release of juju-local (1.17.6-0ubuntu1) would accept mongodb-server as dep, but it appears that the developers acutally require juju-mongodb as a dep. I repackaged juju-local last week to create (1.17.6-0ubuntu2) that required juju-mongodb. The package was pushed to the juju devel ppa. /launchpad. net/~juju- packaging/ +archive/ devel ppa.launchpad. net/juju/ devel/ubuntu/ pool/main/ j/juju- core/
