Please backport devscripts from Gutsy to Feisty

I think the changelog can show itself why it's good to have it on Feisty. requestsync has a better version :-)

Oh come on, it's *one* simple Python script. Copy it to ~/bin and add that to your PATH as opposed to cluttering up the -backports repository.
