Bug Description
When attempting a boot-from-volume with a volume size that doesn't match the disk size the compute manager will attempt to resize the volume (which fails). It's fine to press on with the given size.

Xen: Do not resize root volumes
Boot from volume on Xen wants to resize the volume
when the image size doesn't jive with the volume size.
This patch doesn't attempt the resize.
