Installation of stock_delivery_delays_advanced crashs in the manifest crashes installation

In the manifest file (__openerp__.py) of module stock_delivery_delays_advanced, the file
stock_view.xml is loaded before wizard/stock_change_date_view.xml.

However the action with ID action_change_date referred to in stock_view.xml is defined in wizard/stock_change_date_view.xml.

Reordering the xml files, loading the wizard xml first, solves the problem.
