wsrep_node_address should be able to take an interface name instead of an IP

Bug Description

It would be vastly simpler for configuration automation if we could configure the wsrep_node_adddress with a NIC instead of an IP. For example:

wsrep_node_interface=eth2

instead of:

wsrep_node_address=192.168.10.<different for each node>
