stack show failed when stack_name is an uuid string

My operations as following:
1. create a stack with a name which is an uuid, and the stack was created successful.
2. get the stack with the name, the 'Stack not found' was raised.
3. It's a bug, we should support the situation when get the information of a stack with a name in uuid format.

    Fix stack-show failed with a name in uuid format

    We should get the information by stack_name after got 'None' queried by
    stack_id, because heat support the stack_name in uuid format.
