please backport bzr 0.18 from gutsy to feisty

The version 0.15 of bzr has some annoying bugs, and lacks very interesting features available in 0.18, would it please be possible to backport bzr 0.18 and its relevant plugins to Feisty ?

Before we backport bzr, the new version needs to not old work, but be tested with the rdepends and if those need backporting too, then they need a separate but.
