Kubuntu 14.04 - CS language - after last update don't work, lot of is in English (date, kickoff ... etc)

After last update Czech language works really bad, lot of translates are now in English, date, days, kickoff, desktop right click menu, etc.

Before update was all good.

Error is maybe in: language-pack-kde-cs(and others) or language-pack-kde-cs-base(and others) or bug in Plasma Desktop and this is in more languages not only in my.

EDIT: Was next 3 language updates and 50% of system is still in English, but i have set Czech language.

Its a bug because all in Dolphin is Czech but on Plasma desktop is all in English, the same like Dolphin move file with mouse and dialogue to Copy/Move/Cancel is in Czech but on Desktop it is in English.

EDIT 2: This bug is not only in Czech language, this is in all or lot of others.
And don't say me please to report this to bugs.kde.org, this was first what i done. In bugs.kde.org they say this is bug in Kubuntu 14.04 an they don't do l10n but they do l18n.

How to delete wrong say commend?

Fixed my last commend:
Today wast next update and still don't fixed. Maybe error is not only in Czech language, but can be in all others except english.

KDE SC 4.13 beta was uploaded recently. Being beta quality at this point it is expected to not provide complete localization.

I understand you, but say it to my grandma what cant speak English and its few days to release this LTS.
I can it have it 50% in English but lot of people no. I say its a bug if is few days to release and KDE is not translated for people.

Report KDE bugs at bugs.kde.org please.

Mind you, I have found the probably cause of this and informed the affected parties, so a report probably doesn't change much either at this point.

I reported it on bugs.kde.org and they say this is Ubuntu/Kubuntu bug not KDE bug, they have l18n not l10n.

OMG nobody want fix it, i mus find other Linux or what?

Same behavior in French language. I hope it will end with 14.04 final release...

@patrick oliviero - Thanks i know this is bug in all languages, but they say this is not bug. Finally someone confirmed this.

But in bugs.kde.org say this is bug in Kubuntu and here say say it to bugs.kde.org or they say this is not bug.

I have fresh install of Kubuntu 14.04 Beta 2 and the language bug is still not fixed + Libre Office sometimes freeze.
How do you want fix it to the 17.04.2014???

I'm in the same position here with the Dutch translation. B.t.w.: the libreoffice bug really seems to be fixed this morning. Great. But still the context menu on the desktop and other items communicate in English. It would be elegant if the system used only one language. KDE is completely translated in Dutch. It is strange...

Today i make complete reinstall of Kubuntu 14.04 64bit daily builds and language bug is fixed (for Czech language, i don't know if it is fixed for others languages).
