Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1) Log in Web UI
2) Create environment
3) Start to create some service, for example IIS (like in attached screenshot)
Observed result:
We can see weird location of Assign Floating IP checkbox. It is near Service Name Title and there is no "Assign Floating IP" title
