pleased add the capability to fit background images like 'Set As Desktop Background' from firefox

It's frankly amazing that a foreign program gives more options to set the native desktop background than the O.S. program, and ends up working better.

This can be set from gnome-tweak-tool and that is not exactly a foreign program!

I don't believe upstream have any plans to implement this in the gnome-control-center background panel either.
