Bug Description
In Switchboard the HeaderBar shadow is threated as part of the window, however only if it's snapped to the side, maximized works as expected, see the attached images. As you can see it does not happen with scratch.

A new Gtk version has landed today: 3.11.9
This version fixes this problem which was related to the use of CSD window.
