Version of supervisor in trusty is old

The 3.0 release of supervisor has been made, finally (2013-07-30). Please bump the version in trusty to match.

I have been using 3.0 as provided in my ppa here: ppa:crunch.io/public-unstable for some time now in production on Precise, and locally on trusty.

Note that because of the original packaging of supervisor (with versions 3.0a# and 3.0b# etc, some tricks had to be used to get the version to install over the betas, but the package takes care of that.
