Bug Description

It appears that if you enable dynamic memory on Hyper-V, and then run the top command then load metrics may always show 1 for the 1 minute average (See attached image). This is because the ballooning mechanism sleeps in uninterruptible mode which adds to the system load metric. Please use the following upstream patch to eliminate this problem:

Drivers: hv: Ballon: Make pressure posting thread sleep interruptibly

http://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/next/linux-next.git/commit/drivers/hv/hv_balloon.c?id=5dba4c56dfa660a85dc8e897990948cdec3734bf

Regards,
Abhishek
